Booking & payment

Bookings are confirmed only after the 25% advance payment is received. The remaining balance is payable at the salon after your service.

Cancellation policy

You may reschedule or cancel free of charge up to 6 hours before your appointment. Within that window the 25% advance is non-refundable, as your artist's time has been reserved. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5-10 working days.

Late arrivals & no-shows

Please arrive 5 minutes early. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may mean a shortened service or rescheduling, since the following client's slot is already reserved. Repeated no-shows may require full prepayment on future bookings.

Privacy

We store only the information required to manage your bookings and never share it with third parties.

We store your name, contact details and booking history to run your appointments and send reminders. Card details are never stored on our servers - they are handled entirely by our payment providers (JazzCash, EasyPaisa and Stripe). You can request a copy or deletion of your data at any time by emailing hello@nailitup.pk.
